Step 2: Franchise Matching & Research

We take your buyer profile and match it against our extensive portfolio of franchise opportunities. This saves you significant time and effort—we already know which franchises align with your skills and interests, and we’ll quickly verify availability in your target area.

Step 3: Opportunity Presentation

We present a selection of franchises that best fit your profile. You’ll receive key highlights about each option and learn why they’re a good match for you.

Step 4: Initial Franchise Conversations

Next, we coordinate introductory calls between you and the franchise brands that interest you most. This helps you gain firsthand insight into their systems and culture.

Step 5: Review & Evaluation

After initial discussions, franchisors typically provide a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), either digitally or in print. Though detailed, the FDD contains essential information to help you evaluate the opportunity thoroughly.

Step 6: Validation & Due Diligence

This phase involves verifying the information shared so far. You’ll consult with legal and financial professionals, and we’ll help manage this process. If financing is needed, lender approval will be required. You’ll also start speaking with current franchisees to confirm the information provided.

Step 7: Final Q&A

You may have follow-up questions. We’ll arrange another call with the franchise company to ensure everything is clear and all your concerns are addressed before moving forward.

Step 8: Discovery Day

Most franchisors host a “Discovery Day”—an in-person event where you meet their team, visit operations, and gain a better understanding of their support and culture. It’s your chance to see who you’ll be partnering with.

Step 9: Decision & Signing

Following Discovery Day, you’ll be in a strong position to make a final decision. You can either move ahead and sign the franchise agreement, or continue exploring other options. Either way, H3K will be with you every step of the way.
